Northamptonshire Enterprise Ltd host breakfast launch

This month Northamptonshire Enterprise Ltd was proud to support Lambert Smith Hampton with the launch of their latest report of the commercial market Northamptonshire and Rugby.

 

The breakfast launch at Enterprise House was attended by over 35 individuals, including a selection of Northamptonshire Ambassadors. Ian Leather, Head of LSH's Northampton office and Ambassador for the county provided an overview of the report giving feedback on the significance of each point.

 

James Cushing, Business Infrastructure Manager and Tim Bagshaw, Head of Investment Promotion at Northamptonshire Enterprise Ltd also spoke about the developments planned in Northamptonshire and how NEL and Invest Northamptonshire will be promoting the county in the coming months.

 

The report found that 'despite the downturn in the economy, Northampton has been identified as one of the best office locations in the UK.' It also highlighted that 'Northamptonshire remains at the heart of the distribution market and continues to benefit from healthy occupier demand.'
