Planning for the future

Northamptonshire Enterprise Limited, working with public and private partners, such as Northamptonshire County Council, East Midlands Development Agency, Joint Planning Units and Delivery Vehicles, has commissioned a partnership of Atkins, Lambert Smith Hampton and Nortoft Partnership to undertake the Northamptonshire Strategic Employment Land Assessment (SELA).

 

The SELA, the county-wide employment land study builds on and develops further the existing COPELA employment land studies and forms a key part of Northamptonshire Enterprise Ltd's economic development policy.

 

It will play a pivotal role in highlighting the level and type of employment land that needs to be allocated through the planning process and new policies to facilitate the county's ambitious growth plans over the coming decades.
